ABOUT US
Traditional VMS technology is transactional.
VNDLY’s technology is interactional.
VNDLY’s friendly yet sophisticated, powerful technology platform provides effective management of every client’s nonemployee workforce program. Informed by e-commerce design principles, our modern, cloud-based solution is easily configured and intuitive—something you won’t find with legacy software.
We engineered built-in API integrations, which allow VNDLY to seamlessly communicate with leading human resources, procurement, provisioning, finance, and employee management software—often through a single entry point. That way, our clients can effortlessly share data and other necessary information across departments, truly unifying their technology stacks. And we bring together everyone involved in the process, including managed services providers, suppliers, and workers.
What we care about most is making work simpler and more effective for every user. By creating the industry’s easiest-to-use and configure vendor management platform coupled with impeccable customer support, we help others achieve by taking the pain out of what is often complex.
VISION
MISSION
More than just words, our values guide everything we do—these principles are how we act, think, and make better decisions for our clients, partners, and employees. We want everyone we interact with to understand exactly who we are.
Customer service is critical to our mission. Open, honest conversations and constant interactions with our customers help build trust and value. Trust is critical to customer satisfaction. This is a key sustainable competitive advantage for us.
This is not the responsibility of the HR team or the executive team but every single VNDLY colleague.
We will always drive a technology-first culture and approach. We truly believe writing great software is an art form and software development is a craft that needs to be honed over time. At VNDLY, we endeavor to be the preferred employer for anyone interested in practicing this craft. We care deeply about a software development culture and will be technology pioneers in every product line we own and operate. Sharing best practices with competitors is cool, not treason.
Every dollar spent needs to bring customer delight or colleague delight. Every VNDLY colleague is a steward of company money. We treat our colleagues with respect and ask that they use company funds in the same way they would their own.
Every VNDLY colleague is empowered to question actions inconsistent with our values.

Shashank Saxena
Co-Founder; General Manager
Shashank founded VNDLY in 2017 with Narayan Surabhi after the two realized they needed cloud native, modern VMS technology that didn’t exist.
Before starting VNDLY, Shashank was amassing the experience that serves him today. As the Corporate Strategy Leader at The Kroger Co., he led partnerships and new business development. Before he held that position, he led the company’s digital and e-commerce strategy. A true veteran of business technology, he worked on Citigroup’s multiple global customer service applications.
When he takes a break from educating people about the phenomenal benefits of VNDLY, Shashank spends time with his family and friends (with whom he plays cricket and poker).

Narayan Surabhi
Co-Founder; Sr. Principal, Product Specialist
Narayan realized if he was going to have the vendor management technology he needed, he would have to create it. He founded VNDLY in 2017 with Shashank Saxena to do just that.
Narayan spent more than 20 years at CSC, where he most recently led Global Retail and Consumer Portfolios. He directed a diverse portfolio with hundreds of clients, thousands of employees, and hundreds of millions in revenue. His passion and prior experiences led him to uncover the possibilities with modern technology and the non-employee workforce.
Today, Narayan leads the product vision and strategy for VNDLY. When he isn’t solving problems through technology, you’ll find him with his family exploring captivating places and cultures around the globe.
